Juice Donation Request Form

We love supporting our community!
Barsotti is proud to donate juice to local charities and fundraising events whenever we can. If you’re planning something special, we’d love to hear about it!

Before submitting your request, please reach out to us first so we can make sure it aligns with our donation program. Once approved, fill out the form below—this helps us organize your order and manage inventory.

Important Reminders

• Juice must stay refrigerated at all times, so be sure to bring a cooler (or request a Barsotti loaner).
• Submit your request at least two weeks before your pickup date.
• Unless other arrangements are made, pickups happen Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, at the location you select below.
