Juice Donation Request Form

We love donating juice to charities and fundraising events where appropriate, but please contact us first so we can confirm that your request fits our program.  If approved, use this form to submit your details. It will be used to create your order and manage stock.  Juice must remain refrigerated at all times so please include a cooler in your planning, whether your own or a Barsotti loaner.

Requests must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to picking it up.  Unless you make other arrangements, donations will be picked up between 7:30a – 3:30p (M-F) at the location you choose below.  Call (530) 622-4629 or email us at accounting@barsottijuice.com to confirm your donation, and to receive the gate code if picking up at the Apple Hill location.
